Orders & payment
Available methods are shown at checkout and depend on your currency and order amount. They typically include debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal, and TWINT for payments in Swiss francs (CHF).
You can shop in Swiss francs (CHF) or euros (EUR). Prices include VAT and are confirmed by our servers at checkout.
Write to us as soon as possible via the contact form with your order number. We can change or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier.
Pre-orders
Some pieces can be reserved before they are produced. You choose between a deposit or full payment; the estimated delivery window is shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.
We contact you when your piece is ready to ship and invite you to pay the balance before dispatch.
Yes. If we cannot deliver within the period set out in our terms and conditions, you can cancel and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
Delivery & returns
We deliver from Switzerland to Switzerland and to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery options and costs are shown before you pay. See Shipping & returns.
Unworn items in their original condition can be returned within the period stated in our returns policy. Start your return via the contact form.
Once your return has been received and checked, we refund the original payment method, usually within 14 days.
Products & care
Pure Wool is our breathable everyday wool. Pure WOOLUX is our finest wool quality — lighter and smoother — reserved for the most precious pieces of the Wool Lux collection.
Wash by hand or on a wool cycle at 30 °C, dry flat in the shade and air between wears. Always follow the care label of each piece.
We do not make health or medical claims. Our hydrogen water bottles are designed as premium everyday bottles; please refer to the product page for technical specifications and usage instructions.

Commissions are approved after the refund hold period and paid by bank transfer to your IBAN once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
